Lafayette County Habitat For Humanity is a locally-run affiliate of Habitat for Humanity
International http://habitat.org , a nonprofit, ecumenical
Christian housing organization. Habitat for Humanity
works in partnership with people in need to build and renovate
decent, affordable housing. Payments go into a revolving fund that is used to build more houses. Our local affiliate, founded in 1988, serves the people of Lafayette County, Missouri.
If you or someone you know is in need of decent, affordable housing -- or if you are at least 18 years of age and wish to become a volunteer -- please call our office (660-259-2648) for more information. We will tell you about volunteer opportunities and/or the process of
applying for Habitat home ownership.
17th Annual Cannonball Walk/Run is Saturday, June 23rd at 7:30 a.m. in front of the Lafayette County Courthouse.
